Mission: Safe Harbor saves lives by providing education, advocacy, counseling & shelter to break the cycle of domestic violence.
Donations
Safe Harbor is a non-profit organization and relies on the generosity of the community to assist individuals and families fleeing domestic violence.
Safe Harbor is able to live our mission of helping victims of domestic violence by the continued generous support of our donors through financial gifts, in-kind gifts and donated materials. We also welcome those who would like to donate their time through our Volunteer Program. When our clients arrive at our shelter, they have often left a violent situation with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. Our donors' contributions allow Safe Harbor to assist our clients in starting their new lives. The Board of Directors, the staff and especially the women and children we serve are grateful to you for your help. We couldn't do it without you!
If you would like to make a donation to Safe Harbor you can do so by check, by credit card or making a pledge. We also welcome donations of stock. Please contact Jennifer for additional information on making a gift or Donate Now.
A donation of $50 could provide one domestic violence support group session.
A donation of $100 enables Safe Harbor to educate 200 members of our community about domestic violence.
A donation of $500 could provide a week of one-on-one guidance, assistance and counseling for a woman and her children as they begin to build their new lives.
A donation of $1,000 could provide a month of shelter for a woman and her children.
A donation of $5,000 could provide three months of counseling sessions for fifteen children in the community.
