Answer:
You have to find out what browser you are using. Click on "Help" and thank click on "About" (it may say "About Internet Explorer", "About Mozilla Firefox" or something similar).

Determine what browser you are using based on the page that is displayed: You will need the browser name (underlined in red) and the version number (just the first number of the version)

If your internet browser is "Internet Explorer" and the version is 4, 5, or 6, follow these steps:
Click on "Tools" and then click on "Internet Options"
On the internet Options Page, Click on the "Delete Files" button, then click on the "Clear History" button. Each click will ask you to confirm what you are doing. The confirmation screens are below:

Close any Internet Explorer windows that opened while doing this.
You have completed clearing your history in Internet Explorer version 4, 5, or 6.
If your internet browser is "Internet Explorer" and the version 7, follow these steps:
Click on "Tools" and then click on "Internet Options"
On the internet Options Page, Click on the "Delete" button in the "Browsing History" section.
Next click on the "Delete files" and "Delete history" buttons. Each click will ask you to confirm what you are doing. The confirmation screens are below:

You have completed clearing your history in Internet Explorer version 7.
If your internet browser is "Mozilla Firefox" (any version) follow these steps:
Click on "Tools" and then click on "Options"
Click on the "Privacy" tab on the Options screen, then click on the "History" tab if it is not already selected. The screen will look like this if it is already selected:
Click on the "Clear Browsing history Now"
Click on the "Cache" tab. Next, click on the "Clear Cache Now" button.
Click "OK" at the bottom of the Options screen.
You have completed clearing your history in Mozilla Firefox.
